1. Return Eligibility

The item is returned with its original packaging, including tags and shoebox

2. Non-Returnable Items

Items worn, damaged, or without original packaging

Final clearance or promotional items
3. Return Process
To start a return:

Email us at returns@uaeshoes.store with your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, we will provide instructions and a return address.

Pack the item securely and ship it back to us.
Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or we sent the wrong item.
4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you’ll be notified via email.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless due to our error.
5. Exchanges
Need a different size or style?

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:
