We want you to love your purchase from UAEShoes.store. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, we’re here to help with easy returns and refunds. Please review our policy below:


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • The item is returned with its original packaging, including tags and shoebox

  • The return is requested within 7 days of delivery


2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Items worn, damaged, or without original packaging

  • Final clearance or promotional items


3. Return Process

To start a return:

  1. Email us at returns@uaeshoes.store with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once approved, we will provide instructions and a return address.

  3. Pack the item securely and ship it back to us.

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or we sent the wrong item.


4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you’ll be notified via email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless due to our error.
